When my group's plans fell through with a different vendor for a team building activity, I just mentioned it to Jeff and he jumped in with recommendations that the group liked even better! When I realized we were arriving on Pioneer Day and some stores would be closed, they shopped for me the weekend before and had that things I needed for a group cooking class in the shuttles when they picked us up!. They were early and waiting for us at the right place, and the right time, every time! They are so knowledgable about the area and so flexible in meeting needs. For me, it started with a call to inquire about a sightseeing tour for 4 people and they quickly became my one stop shop for all our transportation needs for our group of 23 people for 3 days. Snow continued overnight but not a single guest was delayed departing from the hotel, arriving to the airport with time to spare the next morning. The last night of our event was a blizzard but drivers made it down the mountain from dinner in Deer Valley in large 4-wheel drive vans without a problem.
Vehicles were clean, comfortable, and classy. Your airport shuttle driver can greet you with a sign at the gate and assist you at baggage claim, and stop at the grocery store on the way. It was the least expensive point to point (not a shared ride) option. Drivers were super professional and friendly and texted me prior to each group pick up, always arriving early. Logistics were intense and pick-ups had to run perfectly.
